RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy

At Maison Soleil Singapore, we take great care to ensure every item reaches you in perfect condition. Please take a moment to read our return and exchange terms before placing your online order.

1. No Refunds

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and shipped, except defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items.

2. Exchanges Within 7 Days

We accept exchanges only, within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your parcel.

To be eligible for an exchange:
• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by email.
• The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• The original label and packaging must be intact and in good condition.
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective or incorrect.

Please note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

3. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please email maisonsoleilsg@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue or reason for exchange
• Photo(s) of the item(s) received

We’ll review your request and provide return instructions.

4. Return Shipping
• For regular exchanges (e.g. size or colour), return shipping is at the customer’s cost.
• For defective or incorrect items, Maison Soleil will bear the shipping costs for both return and replacement.

5. Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange within 3–5 working days.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we’ll contact you to offer an alternative or store credit.

6. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

We are unable to accept exchanges for:
• Items without original labels or packaging
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration
• Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)
• Accessories, swimsuit and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

7. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost once verified.

8. Policy Updates

Maison Soleil reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on our website at the time of your purchase will apply.
